Website Maintenance & Support
Your website is never 'finished'. With a fixed monthly plan or transparent hourly rates, your website stays current, secure and performing at its best, from small text changes to larger custom projects such as custom plugins and automations.
Why Website Maintenance Is Essential
A website is never a static product. Technologies change, content needs to stay current, and businesses grow. Website maintenance keeps your site relevant, secure and competitive. From updating texts and images to adding new functionality, I make sure your website grows with your ambitions, without you needing any technical knowledge.
Monthly Maintenance
Prefer to be carefree? With the maintenance plan I keep your website running, secure and up to date, without you having to worry about it.
Maintenance plan
Carefree maintenance for a fixed amount per month.
- Email support: questions and help by email
- Website monitoring: I keep an eye on whether everything keeps running well and fast
- Small content changes (reasonable use)
- Always up to date: WordPress, plugins, theme and security
Larger work, such as new features or major changes, falls outside the plan and is billed at the hourly rate.

Good to know
- The hour budget is non-cumulative: unused hours expire at the end of the month.
- Server interventions are only possible for websites hosted with Marketing Maatwerk.
- Plugin licences are the client's responsibility.
More than maintenance: custom work and automation
I also use the custom rate of €95/uur for projects that go beyond maintenance. Think custom WordPress plugins, bespoke software, automations and integrations between systems, for example between your website, CRM, accounting or web shop. Got an idea, or a recurring manual process that could be smarter? I'll build it to measure.

How do the hourly rates work?
I work with three fixed hourly rates, depending on the type of maintenance. Content updates (texts, images) fall under the lowest rate of 65 euros/hour. Technical management (updates, security, backups) costs 80 euros/hour. Custom development (new functionality, custom code) is 95 euros/hour. You only pay for the time actually spent.
How is the time calculated?
Each job has a minimum of 1 hour. After the first hour I bill per quarter-hour (15 minutes), so you only pay for the time actually needed. You always receive an estimate of the time required in advance, so there are no surprises.
How does requesting maintenance work?
To request maintenance you create an account. With an account you can request and manage maintenance directly via your personal dashboard: request maintenance through the quote form, create support tickets, track the status of your requests, view an overview of hours spent and communicate directly about your changes.
Can I combine different types of maintenance?
Yes, you can. If your job contains both content updates and technical work, I split the time per type of maintenance. That way you always pay the right rate for each part. You receive a clear estimate of the split in advance.
What if I don't know which type of maintenance I need?
No problem. Just describe what you need and I'll determine which type of maintenance fits best. After a short assessment you receive a no-obligation estimate with the right rate and expected time.
