Managed means I take the whole thing off your hands: building, hosting, maintaining and changing it. You pay one amount per month and never have to think about it. A new website is not a condition: if you are happy with the one you have, I will simply take that one over.

No setup costs
You pay the first month up front with a direct debit mandate, after that it is collected automatically. The amount is the same for everyone and runs per month.
Built in 2 to 4 weeks
Counted from the moment you have delivered everything, with 2 rounds of feedback.
Hosting, email and backups
Hosting that fits your web shop and your mail and grows with you, with daily backups.
Maintenance and security
Updates, security, monitoring and an SSL certificate that renews automatically. If your site gets hacked, I restore it for free (the exceptions are in the terms and conditions).
A domain included, or keep yours
One domain with a common extension (.nl, .com, .be, .de, .net, .org) is included, and I move an existing domain at no cost. Your domain, hosting and email may also stay somewhere else.
A reply within 1 working day
A small change is up to fifteen minutes of work and is done within 2 working days. Outages I pick up as soon as possible, also outside office hours.
The term is 12 months from the first payment, after that you can cancel per quarter. Upgrading is always possible, downgrading after 12 months. After 12 months the site is yours. I build in WordPress, with your own admin area and a manual at launch.
Does your project not fit these plans?
Anything that is code and falls outside the plans, such as an integration, a web application or a custom feature, I charge by the hour: €95 per hour excl. VAT. You always get a no-obligation quote with a clear estimate first, and nothing starts before you agree.
Yours after 12 months
Your domain and content are always yours. After twelve months the site itself is yours too, design and code included. Take it with you or stay, both are fine.
Design guarantee
Not happy with the design? I keep adjusting until it is right. If we cannot get there, we stop without further costs.
Hack recovery guarantee
If your site gets hacked while I maintain it, I restore it for free. That is what the daily backups are for.

The subscription column uses the discount price: 36 times €79. Because of high demand Online essentials costs €99 per month from 7 November 2026, which is €3,564 over three years. Until 6 November you sign up at the discount price.
Honest: the budget builder is cheaper
Over three years the cheapest one-off route costs about €430 less than my entry plan. What you do not get: any changes, email on your own domain, and maintenance that in that segment often means "updates twice a year".
The difference shows after year three
A site built as a one-off needs replacing after four or five years, and then the amount starts again. On a subscription the site grows with you, and after twelve months it is yours, so you are not building for the agency but for yourself.
What the table does not show
The evening lost to a plugin that broke. The quote that never arrived because your email landed in spam. The €95 invoice for changing an opening hour. That is what a fixed monthly amount solves in practice.
